Hi! I’m Blu. I’m a petcare professional with a B.A. in Psychology from Brooklyn College, and 30 years of experience with animals of all types (cats, dogs, mice, and more)! Since I was young, my family has owned German Shepherds, Pitbulls, Mutts and cats— so I am familiar with all furry friends. If your pet has strict needs (i.e. feedings, medications, special training/handing, or medical/behavioral conditions), I can cater to them, as long as you show me exactly what you need done. I only have their comfort in mind. I am also able to provide them with educational enrichment by reviewing any tricks or commands they have learned.
About the Space
The space where I care for your pets is specially
curated
with them in mind, including: toys, furniture they can relax on, a designated area for feedings, and both an enclosed yard and an outdoor terrace where they can have free reign. On rainy days, I have a long hallway we can throw the ball down. There is also a lovely park at the end of my block, which includes a field and dog run. F
or dogs with high energy levels,
I frequently incorporate that area into their walks.

I know being away from your fur-family can be stressful, so to alleviate some of that, I will keep you up to date with daily pictures and videos! No worries on my watch! I also have a doggie daycare in the care space with at least 2 to 3 dogs a day, giving them plenty of chances to socialize with the other members of our daycare pack. Dogs must be up to date with their shots so that they can play with others.
